Servicing Treatment Systems

No matter what system you install it is a requirement of both Environment Canterbury and the local councils that they are regularly maintained by an approved service agent.

Hadlee & Brunton are the approved service agent in South Canterbury for Oasis products and also maintain other systems. We have a dedicated service man as part of our team who solely services all our tanks throughout South Canterbury.

Each customer is logged on our GPS system and then grouped with several other customers in the same area to be serviced that day to keep costs at a minimum. We provide the customer with a full service report each visit which Ecan will request to see usually on an annual basis.

While most traditional septic tank companies say they service treatment tanks they usually end up doing more harm than good. The various electrical components of the tank need to be checked along with the cleaning of filters, measuring of crust levels and flushing disposal fields.
